West Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. to Close for Construction

West Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. is scheduled to temporarily close at Loop 121 June 15-17, weather permitting. The closure is necessary to allow crews to relocate a waterline for the Loop 121 widening.

Traffic barricades will be placed across MLK and in the northbound and southbound turning lanes off Loop 121. Detour signs will direct travelers to alternative routes. Garbage and mail carriers should enter W. MLK from Main St. to run scheduled routes.
