Road Work Scheduled for E. 6th Avenue and Main Street

Plan for temporary disruptions in traffic flow this week on E. 6th Avenue and S. Main Street.

Beginning Tuesday, the asphalt on E. 6th Avenue, between I-35 and Main Street, will be removed and replaced, which will require alternating lane closures. Once the work on E. 6th Avenue is finished (2-3 days), the crew will do the same thing on Main Street, south of the downtown area.
