• Tall grass/weeds in excess of 12 inches
• Junk/debris stored outdoors
• Inoperable vehicles (missing parts, partially wrecked, expired tags)
• Parking/storing of vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles on grass or street
• Downed tree limbs or other yard waste

Keep in mind that neighbors who work together form a strong community. Before filing a concern some initial steps to consider:

• Try speaking with the property owner or occupant
• Contact the home owner's association to see if it can help
