Belton's proposed Strategic Plan for fiscal years 2016-2020 is now available online for review. Public comments are invited at the City Council Meeting on September 8, 2015, held at the Harris Community Center, 401 Alexander Street, or by email to City Clerk, Amy Casey, at acasey@beltontexas.gov.
