** The Belton Fire Department is currently accepting applications for Firefighter/EMT-B or Firefighter/EMT-Paramedic **

Deadline to submit application:      Friday, September 8, 2017 at 5:00 pm
Civil Service written exam date:     Friday, September 15, 2017 at 8:00 am

Candidates must be certified by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) as a Basic Firefighter, AND you must have a current EMS certification of either an EMT-Basic or an EMT-Paramedic issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS). 

The Belton Fire Department is an equal opportunity employer. Each applicant must successfully pass a Civil Service written exam, with a minimum score of 70 points in an open, competitive and free Civil Service examination.
