Our Mission
The Parks and Recreation Department's mission is to enhance the quality of life through the maintenance, development, implementation, and oversight of recreation and leisure activities at city park facilities. Some recreational facilities are available for rent, and may be reserved by phone, fax, or in person at the Belton Parks and Recreation office in the Harris Community Center.
