Four men ranging from ages 19 to 21 have been charged with burglary of a habitation, and charges are pending against another suspect following an incident on Oct. 17.
On Oct. 17, a resident in the 500 block of E. 28th Ave. arrived home at about 1 p.m. and found three people inside his house stacking up his valuables in the living room.
The men fled, but were soon apprehended by Belton police, who also located a getaway car nearby with two additional suspects inside it.
All of the men who were charged are from Temple. They are:
